Job Summary
Diagnose and repair industrial overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and other dock-related equipment for on-site clients. Communicate necessary repairs clearly with customers and complete work orders in a timely manner. Coordinate daily with the parts and service department, maintain a clean and stocked work van, and strictly comply with safety procedures. Possess a strong mechanical background with at least two years of welding experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. This role requires overtime and weekend availability for full-time, first-shift coverage averaging 40–45 hours weekly.
