Job Summary
Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy for large-scale telecom and infrastructure projects, including 5G rollout, fiber optics, and data center development. Own full P&L, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization while leading high-stakes negotiations with mobile network operators, government entities, and enterprise clients. Identify new markets and build strategic alliances with vendors and technology partners to expand the client portfolio across infrastructure and data center sectors. Oversee commercial proposals, pricing models, and cost structures, ensuring technical alignment between engineering scopes and commercial terms. Lead tender reviews, bid defense meetings, and contract clarifications while mitigating commercial, legal, and operational risks. Ensure compliance with government regulations and telecom operator standards. Track industry trends and benchmark competitors to drive new revenue streams in IoT platforms and fiber backbone solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or related) is preferable
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial, business development, or contract roles
- Solid understanding of: 5G RAN & transmission solutions
- Solid understanding of: Fiber optic networks, OSP/ISP, cables, ducts
- Solid understanding of: Data center design & Tier standards
- Solid understanding of: Power, cooling, civil, and MEP interfaces
- Strong commercial structuring and contract drafting skills
- Proven success handling mega-project bids and commercial negotiations
- Strong financial modeling, pricing, and P&L ownership
- Executive-level communication and negotiation
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset
- Leadership that inspires teams and builds credibility with technical stakeholders
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
Desired Qualifications
- Technical/engineering understanding is highly preferred due to the complexity of solutions offered
