Job Summary

Drive the generation of new business and increase revenue in the Americas for Ocorian's Private Client and Corporate Services. Role may include development of a local proposition, recruitment and training of local Corporate Services resources, and providing billable services to clients. Build a personal sales pipeline by identifying and winning new business across key service line distribution and servicing markets; lead on deal terms and commercial negotiations; ensure Salesforce CRM is up to date with Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Activities; collaborate with regions to build a collective sales culture; grow brand through industry events, thought leadership, press releases, and client newsletters; develop and manage intermediary networks (onshore law firms, regulatory/start-up consultants, fund platforms, banks, auditors, technology vendors, and other providers); maintain high net-worth client relationships and target institutions, asset managers, family offices, and corporates with high value services.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years’ relevant experience selling our products & services (Private Client sales experience is essential)
  • An existing network in the Cayman Islands
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations insofar as it pertains to our industry allowing a consultative sell to target clients.
