Job Summary
Senior Commercial Director for Convatec Japan overseeing country-level leadership with full P&L, strategic planning, and cross-functional ownership across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal. Drive market-entry, product launches, and sustainable growth in Ostomy and Continence Care, build relationships with regulators (MHLW/PMDA), hospitals, distributors, and Key Opinion Leaders, and lead a data-driven organization to achieve top-line and margin targets. Must blend strategic vision with operational excellence, navigate Japan’s healthcare environment, and communicate fluently in Japanese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
