Job Summary
Develop and sustain strategic operator connections across Latin America and South Africa, building tailored commercial strategies aligned to regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements. Foster account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and fresh market opportunities, then develop and deliver strategic proposals to lead the full commercial lifecycle. Achieve revenue targets through accurate forecasting and pipeline management, while conducting regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of key metrics. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery against benchmarks, and deliver top-tier content launch initiatives to drive market share. Coordinate issue resolution, align customer needs with capabilities, and identify training requirements to improve product adoption. Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key sector gatherings as a regional leader.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role within iGaming, Betting, or Gaming
- Proven track record managing Tier-1 global operator relationships
- Extensive knowledge of regulated and emerging iGaming markets, including local operator requirements, market trends, and regulatory factors
- Experience in leading and developing commercial talent
- Excellent collaborator management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Must be available for frequent travel to connect with customers and participate in important industry events
Desired Qualifications
