Job Summary
Commercial Director, Intercontinental - Hematology responsible for supporting Hematology strategies across Intercontinental Markets (Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Russia) and large business units (Canada, Brazil, Puerto Rico). Acts as Hematology SME within the Intercontinental Area, representing the therapeutic area in global teams and projects. Key duties include building market dynamics insights, delivering cross-functional plans to drive business growth, supporting Affiliate Brand strategies and operations, coordinating annual business plans with NPI/commercial leads, aligning with Pipeline Commercialization to touch early assets, shaping Brand/TA P&L, contributing to global guidance and localization, and sharing best practices to elevate capabilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA highly preferred), 5 years of senior-level sales/marketing experience, international experience, strong financial acumen, English proficiency, and the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives in a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years relevant sales and marketing experience at director or senior manager level
