Job Summary
The Commercial Director at NAVBLUE is responsible for managing a designated territory and customer accounts, focusing on new sales and revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing strategic account plans, engaging in consultative selling, and negotiating contracts. The role requires a deep understanding of customer flight operations, market potential, and effective relationship management. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of sales experience in the SaaS sector with airlines, along with strong communication, project management skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in SaaS within the Airline Flight Operations or Operations Control Centre field
- Recent experience of working with leading airlines within the European region
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- Ability to function and work independently and confidently
- Willingness to travel considerably as required
