Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department by planning and implementing schedules to meet daily customer commitments. Review workload and manpower to ensure projects complete timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction. Analyze monthly financial and operational reports with front-line managers to develop action plans for improvement. Improve individual performance through daily, monthly, and yearly reviews while assisting with hiring, training, and developing new employees. Requires a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) and two years of personnel management experience, plus a valid driver's license. Located in Tucson, Arizona, this role offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first full month, along with a 401(k) match and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel
- an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
- Strong communication skills
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License
