Job Summary
Lead client communications and manage demand forecasts in SAP/IBP for a site-based Lonza operation, collaborating cross-functionally with Program Managers, Commercial teams, and Supply Chain to align on demand planning and execution. Drive S&OP and long-range business planning with data-driven analysis, monitor KPIs (OTIF, backlog, contract adherence), and contribute to master data management as you develop expertise in IBP and demand planning systems. This role supports seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction through precise demand planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, contract manufacturing, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with SAP and/or IBP systems or ability to quickly develop expertise in demand planning tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, generate KPIs, and identify actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
