Commercial Delivery Manager in the Chief Operating Office leads commercial activity to deliver value from technology investment, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The role combines direct delivery with influence to drive governance, performance, cost optimization, and benefits realization. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against commercial commitments, identifying variances, driving savings and efficiency initiatives, commercialising technology roadmaps with robust business cases, tracking benefits delivery, and supporting cross-bank business activities. The ideal candidate will bring leadership in a commercial or business-management capacity within a technology or IT environment, with the ability to influence delivery teams and stakeholders, shape commercial strategies, and balance multiple initiatives. Hybrid working arrangement includes at least two days per week in the London, Edinburgh, or Manchester offices. “}
