Job Summary
Commercial Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and retention of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. You will manage an assigned set of customer onboardings, develop strategic relationships, provide technical product expertise, share governance best practices, educate cross-functional teams on business value from automation, drive usage and cross-sell opportunities, mentor the CSM team, serve as the primary customer advocate, and ensure timely issue resolution. The role requires 5+ years in consulting, customer success management or technical account management, experience in integration/automation, ability to operate with revenue targets, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work US hours.
Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management and technical account management
- Experience in Integration and/or business automation
- Understanding of large complex businesses with many stakeholders
- Awareness of roles in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
- Comfortable operating with revenue targets
- Proven track record of high customer retention and growth
- Strong customer empathy and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort in ambiguous environments
- Passion for automation to drive business value
- Experience in Digital Transformation preferred
- Past lead experience is a plus
