Job Summary
Serve as the primary daily contact for commercial banking customers by maintaining and expanding relationships through overall support services. Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues to maximize client satisfaction while identifying products that meet customer needs. Develop working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures. Requires three or more days per week at a U.S. Bank location.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in financial services industry
