Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify issues and respond to work orders based on urgency. Fabricate or repair equipment and supervise external contractors for specialized projects. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly. Requires proven experience in facilities maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge in multiple trades, and the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Must work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills in English.
