Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems while conducting routine facility inspections to identify issues. Respond to work orders by prioritizing tasks based on urgency, fabricating or repairing equipment as needed, and supervising external contractors for specialized projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly. This role requires proven experience in facilities maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read schematics. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
