Job Summary
Diagnose and repair home and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves. Inspect units to identify issues early, replace broken parts, and complete work orders on time while communicating clearly with customers and office staff. Maintain accurate records of parts and job details, follow safety protocols, and manage time effectively to finish tasks within scheduled windows. You must own your tools and vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and possess EPA certification for refrigeration work. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling with weekly pay, covering labor hours only while the company provides parts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated and able to work alone
- Must have experience repairing household appliances
- Must repair common appliances like: Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Stoves
- EPA Certification is required for refrigeration work
- Must complete a short onboarding before starting jobs
- Must have your own tools for appliance repair work
- Must be professional, on time, and a good communicator
- Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience
- Must have hands-on repair skills
- Must own basic tools for appliance repair work
- Must have a reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently without supervision
