Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems while conducting routine facility inspections to identify issues. Respond to work orders, prioritize tasks by urgency, and fabricate or repair equipment as needed. Supervise external contractors for specialized projects and provide customer service by resolving maintenance inquiries promptly. Must possess EPA certification, own necessary tools and a reliable vehicle, and complete a brief onboarding interview. This role offers flexible scheduling with pay ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, with fast weekly payment options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Must to be located in the US
- EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory under new refrigerant regulations)
- Must complete brief onboarding with vendor representative before receiving work
- Technicians who want routine maintenance work, not full-time employment
- Tradespeople who are self-motivated, communicative, and ready to handle straightforward tasks across rotating properties
- Appliance Repair (Microwave, Dishwasher, Store)
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills
- Need to have necessary job tools
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
