Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems while conducting routine facility inspections to identify potential issues. Respond to work orders by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and fabricate or repair equipment as needed. Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized projects and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly. This role requires proven experience in facilities maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge of various trades, and the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
