Job Summary
Manage direct digital communications for commercial and consumer customers in Europe across the complete product and services portfolio, including vehicle launches and Integrated Services. Connect marketing platform and data capabilities with customer needs through personalized CRM solutions that build loyalty and drive B2B growth. Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional business, IT, and agency teams in an agile, highly collaborative manner. This full-time hybrid role is based in Dunton, Essex, with up to one day per week working remotely. Travel to London agency locations is regularly required, and occasional trips to other European locations may be needed.
