Job Summary

Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis of borrowers and guarantors by reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to determine creditworthiness. Prepare analytical reports including cash flow analysis and projections, while researching industry market information relevant to member lines of business. Exercise independent judgment on client relationship credit analysis, communicate findings to business lenders and management, and present leads to the Loan Committee. Monitor credit files for covenant compliance and financial reporting requirements, respond to member inquiries regarding account discrepancies, and work proactively with regulators and external auditors to maintain healthy ratings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience in credit analysis and/or portfolio management in a commercial lending environment
  • Current driver's license
  • Vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
  • Sound understanding of business, business real estate, and related lending
  • Knowledge of loan risk rating
  • Knowledge of portfolio monitoring
  • Knowledge of asset recovery
  • Knowledge of loan work outs
  • Proven credit analysis skills
