Job Summary
Senior Manager in the Commercial Banking Consulting practice focusing on Business and Technology Transformation for wholesale lending. Leads and designs transformations across people, process, operating model, and technology (including nCino). Drives client engagements, business development, and delivery of consulting projects; travel up to 80% in US/Canada. Requires cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and ability to define strategy and target operating models for wholesale credit institutions. Notable responsibilities include leading engagements, budgeting, coordinating internal teams, and developing offerings in wholesale credit technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment with engagement management and business development
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management)
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale nCino transformation programs and complex credit transformations
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada
