Commercial Credit Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare detailed credit memos analyzing repayment sources, collateral, and risk ratings for new and existing credit requests. Draft financial statement spreadsheets using designated software templates after receiving loan packages. Maintain full knowledge of loan policies and procedures while participating in team discussions regarding loan terms, structure, and viability. Perform periodic servicing on assigned material and problem relationships and manage reports on loan portfolio segments. Contribute to workgroups evaluating lending software and systems. Requires three years of experience in financial analysis and underwriting, with familiarity with Loan Vantage.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of solid experience in financial analysis, structuring and underwriting
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial C&I and commercial real estate loan products, loan terms, and repayment plans
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Loan Vantage as a software application
