Job Summary
Commercial Credit Analyst responsible for evaluating creditworthiness of individuals and businesses. Analyzes credit data and financial statements to assess risk, verifies employment and income for individuals, reviews credit reports and FICO scores, compares liquidity and profitability for businesses, uses analysis software to generate financial ratios, compiles loan applications and reports detailing risk, and sets loan terms and interest rates based on earnings, savings, and repayment history. Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and analysis software, and the ability to identify discrepancies are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics
