Job Summary
Commercial Counsel, Subscriptions focused on independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-related agreements for LinkedIn Subscriptions. Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and cross-functional teams to close transactions in accordance with internal policies; serve as a trusted legal partner to the government sales organization and identify legal risks in contracting with federal, state, local, and education agencies; optimize contract templates and negotiation playbooks for efficiency; participate in the Legal & Public Policy team’s pro bono initiatives; role located in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree and bar admission in applicable office location
- 3+ years of experience as a technology transactions attorney (software licensing, cloud services, and/or AI-related transactions)
