Job Summary
Commercial Counsel at AlertMedia focusing on high-volume technology contracts and data-privacy-focused agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, procurement and vendor contracts; leveraging AI-enabled legal tools; collaborating with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Procurement and leadership; providing timely legal guidance to Sales and Customer Success teams; staying updated on GDPR/CCPA and related security documentation; and applying risk-aware, business-focused judgment to support growth and contract turnaround times.
Required Qualifications
- JD, with admission to at least one bar in the United States
- 2+ years of in-house experience; preference for SaaS company experience
