Job Summary
Commercial Counsel at AlertMedia lead attorney for high-volume commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts; collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Procurement, and leadership; stay current on data privacy trends (GDPR/CCPA) and regulatory issues; leverage AI tools and contract lifecycle systems to improve efficiency; provide practical legal guidance and training to internal stakeholders; must have in-house experience and an active bar admission; role is remote within the United States (Austin, TX listed as location).
Required Qualifications
