Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment at customer locations while providing excellent service and completing calls promptly. Maintain service vehicles and order necessary parts, and identify new customers within existing accounts. Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules for a 24/7 company. Standard Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with swing shifts available. Requires minimum three years of commercial kitchen repair experience, electrical/electronic/mechanical skills, and successful background screening. Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience working with commercial kitchen and cooking equipment
- Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment
