Job Summary
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, refrigeration) at customer sites; perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls; keep service vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized; communicate clearly with customers and team; rotate on-call shifts with the team. Requires hands-on experience with commercial cooking equipment or related military experience, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and credentials such as EPA Certification, HVAC/R License, or CFESA. Company provides a vehicle, phone, uniform, benefits, and training opportunities; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (bonus)

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial cooking equipment or related military experience
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with safety standards
