Job Summary
Repair, preventive maintenance, and manufacturer warranty service on commercial cooking and ware washing equipment in hospitality settings (restaurants, schools, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes). Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service on every service call, performing expert troubleshooting and repair on cooking and ware washing equipment, and promoting company programs to grow the customer base. Requires 2-3 years of experience, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and availability for on-call, night, and weekend work. Company provides competitive hourly rates, benefits, and training; CFESA/EPA certifications and Refrigeration license are preferred enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience repairing commercial food equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
- Goal oriented with ability to work independently
- Availability for on-call, night, and weekend work
