Job Summary
The Commercial Controller role involves partnering with management to provide financial insights, drive performance, and ensure governance. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning, preparing business reviews, monitoring financial performance, conducting analysis, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong financial acumen, alongside analytical and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role; experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong finance and business acumen with hands on experience in controlling
- Broad finance knowledge, including accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Capable of working with cross cultural teams and in high pressure environments
- Highly organized, independent, and committed to continuous improvement
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in finance systems, tools, and data driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non experts
- Agile, adaptable, and able to apply 80/20 prioritization for efficiency
- Able to communicate in Bahasa
Desired Qualifications
- Professional membership in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA is a plus
