Job Summary
Commercial Contracts Attorney role partnering with Engineering, Facilities, and Procurement as a trusted advisor on strategy, planning, and risk management. Responsible for reviewing and negotiating office and data center leases, master services agreements, technology agreements (hardware, services, cloud/software), professional services agreements, and other commercial contracts; supporting procurement processes; advising technology, engineering, and infrastructure teams on day-to-day contract issues across global offices; requires curiosity, precision, and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Ideal candidate has 8-12 years in commercial contracts, US state licensure, advanced knowledge of commercial contract law, strong writing/communication skills, experience with AI in legal practices, and a track record of partnering with engineering and procurement teams.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. states
- 8-12 years of experience in commercial contracts including data center leases and technology
- Experience with data centers and technology
- Strong writer and communicator
- Experience with contract management systems and legal review processes
- Adept at incorporating AI into legal practices
- Collaborative and consultative in approach; organized and willing to take initiative on process improvements
- Experience working with engineering and procurement teams (IP, data licensing, and AI experience a plus)
