Job Summary
Develop and enforce project-specific safety plans while overseeing JHAs, inspections, and incident reporting with full stop-work authority. Coordinate daily field operations, sequencing, and logistics for self-perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB scopes alongside subcontractors. Lead foremen and craft employees, manage labor productivity and budgets, and drive punch list completion to ensure quality compliance. Serve as the primary field representative to clients and partners, maintaining detailed project diaries and resolving construction issues. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel within the Burlington, Washington corridor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Demonstrated experience overseeing self perform concrete, carpentry, and/or PEMB scopes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to jobsites as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other construction technology and project management tools
- Required to climb, walk, stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods of time
- Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Required to work in confined spaces and at extreme heights with proper safety equipment provided by TRICO
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Regular exposure to hazardous materials, noise, fumes, dirt, dust, and cold
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsored visa support

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Autodesk Build, or equivalent, for project and field documentation
- Familiarity with Track, or equivalent, for production tracking
- Familiarity/experience using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or equivalent, for project scheduling and controls
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
