Commercial Construction Superintendent

Maintain the construction schedule and budget while ensuring a safe jobsite for all employees and subcontractors. Represent the company in job meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors to uphold Best-in-Class standards. Communicate with the office and project manager regarding jobsite requirements to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule. Coordinate with owner/client vendors as needed and manage daily tasks using computer software for expense approval, site management, and time entry. All duties are assigned by the Field Operations Director. This role requires 5 years of commercial construction experience, strong managerial skills, and familiarity with concrete, framing, and finish carpentry. The position is full-time, 1st shift, and reports to the Field Operations Director.
