Job Summary
Oversee operations on the construction site and lead the construction process from planning through completion. Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including material and equipment deployment, while managing on-site labor time and break tracking. Ensure a clean and organized job site, follow specifications, and manage the construction schedule to keep projects on time. Coordinate subcontractors, manage relationships with customer representatives, and enforce safety procedures and compliance. Perform assigned duties to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to company and client guidelines.
