Commercial Construction Superintendent

Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish, managing field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment while coordinating plans, schedules, and specifications. Direct daily job site operations to maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring zero punchlists and strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Schedule and conduct project meetings, manage change orders, and complete daily reports and margin reviews with the Project Manager. Resolve on-site conflicts quickly, mentor new employees, and implement corrective actions to minimize cost overruns. Maintain strong customer relations and ensure all operational lines of communication facilitate efficiency.
