Job Summary
HITT is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction. The role involves directing project workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors. A degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience preferred
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems (Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tenant renovations
- Experience in service work
- Experience in occupied spaces
- Experience with fast-paced projects
- OSHA 30 Certification
