Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Dallas, United States of America with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction or related field and leadership skills to manage project workflow and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Project lead experience preferred
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
