Job Summary
HITT is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Santa Clara, CA. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction or related field, 5+ years of commercial construction experience, and strong leadership skills. The salary range is $108,900 - $165,770.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience preferred
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
