Job Summary
HITT is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Healthcare & Life Sciences in Seattle, responsible for directing project workflows, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors. Requires 5+ years in commercial construction and a preferred degree in construction, engineering, or business.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience preferred
- Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
