Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in healthcare projects in Houston. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in construction or related field, with strong leadership and communication skills. Full-time position with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience in commercial construction
- Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead role
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience preferred
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must have a positive attitude and passion for construction
