Job Summary
Lead 1-5 commercial construction projects across the Bay Area from the field, coordinating and directing all subcontractors to align on schedule, scope, and quality. Own daily site activity, scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and safety; run OAC meetings with clients, architects, and stakeholders; manage daily reports, submittals, and RFIs using construction software; maintain forward-looking schedules to keep multiple jobs on track and drive on-time turnover. Requires a proven track record as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction, with hands-on management of multiple concurrent projects, tenant improvements or mid-sized builds, and strong client-facing communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as Project Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects, fast-paced TI environments
- Hands-on involvement with tenant improvements or similar mid-sized builds
- Strong coordination with multiple subcontractor trades on active sites
- Proficiency with construction management software for daily logs, submittals, RFIs
- Ownership of jobsite safety including leading meetings and enforcing standards
- Client-facing communication experience in OAC meetings
- Ability to build and adjust project schedules across several active jobs
- Experience in commercial construction rather than residential work
