Job Summary
EV Construction seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from pre-construction through post-construction, ensuring performance, schedule, quality, safety, and cleanliness per project plans and company guidelines. Responsibilities include onsite management and coordination, reviewing drawings/specs/budgets, attending project meetings, maintaining project records and daily logs, developing 4-week look-ahead schedules, ensuring code and safety compliance, managing punch lists and as-built drawings, supporting warranty periods, and evaluating trade contractor performance. The role requires strong field supervision, effective communication with project teams, owners, and subcontractors, and proficiency with Procore and CSI MasterFormat specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, architectural technology, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety practices, and quality standards required.
- Mastery of blueprint reading and specifications (CSI MasterFormat).
- Familiarity with Procore.
- OSHA 30-Hour
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, architectural technology, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Spanish Language Proficiency.
- Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, CPR Certified
- Stormwater Certified, NPDES Certified
