Job Summary
HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Corporate Interiors to oversee project workflow, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead on-site teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of commercial construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience
- Ability to master project-specific software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tenant renovations
- Experience in service work
- Experience in occupied spaces
- Experience managing fast-paced projects
- OSHA 30 Certification
Additional Requirements
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods
