Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
Superintendents are responsible for successful field management of the project. This includes safety, quality, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, documentation, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Project Superintendent is responsible for mentoring, training, coordinating, and overseeing all field staff on the project. Responsibilities span Preconstruction activities, project leadership, site logistics, safety and QA/QC, subcontractor management, and ongoing coordination with owners and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years’ experience in the field on commercial, multi-family and/or industrial projects
- Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex construction projects and teams from start to finish
- Ability to lead and mentor project teams
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics efficiently
