Oversee daily operation of commercial construction projects; ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed; communicate project progress with clients and project managers; manage subcontractors and construction site organization; keep projects within budget and on target for completion; prepare areas for subcontractors; supervise staff and provide constructive feedback; monitor and report on project progress; order proper equipment; resolve on-site issues and emergencies; proficient in Procore, Office Suite, and Bluebeam; require strong communication and organizational skills; 5+ years of general construction experience; company emphasizes safety, quality, and sustainability; competitive salary and benefits.
