Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of construction projects in the Atlanta area, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and on-time completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and general laborers, managing project milestones and budget, planning construction processes and inspections, obtaining permits, supervising staff, resolving on-site issues, and communicating progress to clients and project managers. Requires OSHA certification, ability to read construction documents, familiarity with regulatory standards, and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver projects in industries such as Industrial, K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, and Aviation.
