Job Summary
Senior-level Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead a Daytona Beach, FL project from pre-construction through closeout. Responsible for overseeing comprehensive project management including procurement, bidding strategy and bidder management, subcontract development (including professional services/design‐assist), pre-bid activities, bid analysis, and post-bid reviews. Lead planning activities such as complex schedule setup, site logistics, cash flow and manpower projections, constructability reviews, and review of estimates. Manage field operations including safety plan implementation, punchlist completion, labor relations, emergency procedures, and coordination of mechanical/electrical/BIM processes. Oversee cost management and change management, including general conditions budgeting, trade budgeting, prolog entries, and ensuring timely project profitability delivery. Facilitate project-team meetings, supervise staff, ensure RFIs/submittals are processed, and coordinate with architects/engineers. Prefer healthcare construction experience and require a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of GC/CM construction management experience. Strong communication skills and leadership to drive successful delivery and potential new business responses to RFPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 8+ years experience in GC/CM Construction Management
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
