Job Summary
Commercial Construction Site Laborer performs a variety of on-site tasks on tenant improvement, base building, specialty, and new construction projects in the DC metro area. Responsibilities include strenuous manual labor, heavy lifting, site cleanup, material handling, operating hand and power tools and hoists with instruction, setting up and maintaining job sites, and assisting carpenters and other trades. Must be flexible for day/night work, overtime, and work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards; reports to onsite supervision. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous manual labor
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather
- Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
- Ability to follow safety protocols and site instructions
- Foreseeable overtime and weekend work as required
