• •ability to build, install, and maintain permanent and temporary stairs, ramps and decks, fencing and gates, roofs, trusses, rafters, joists, and jacks

• •ability to install bathroom accessories and partitions
• •ability to install, remove, and repair floor tile, carpet square, and door stops
• •ability to install, remove, and repair cove and wall base
• •ability to install appliances and trim kits
• •ability to hang and install material and equipment on walls/floors
• •ability to cut or drill holes in laminate/stone/marble countertops
• •ability to chip concrete or mix, pour, and smooth concrete for core holes or various applications
• •ability to build concrete forms
• •ability to perform masonry work
• •ability to apply and smooth or remove caulk and weatherproofing material
• •ability to apply paint to surfaces to include wood, metal, walls, sidewalks, curbs, etc.
• •ability to set up and maintain office trailers, furniture, and construction entrances
• •ability to erect and disassemble ladders, scaffolding, barriers, etc.
• •ability to load and unload trucks
• •ability to carry material up to 75 pounds and 150 pounds with help
• •ability to pick up and organize tools and equipment
• •ability to secure job site each day to eliminate potential safety hazards
• •ability to provide a general cleanup of jobsite after work has been performed
• •ability to provide direction, training and education for labor crews, subcontractors, and other team members
• •ability to coordinate labor crews
• •ability to train and educate laborers
• •ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding area
• •ability to work with multiple subcontractors and HITT team members
• •ability to have daily or frequent contact with clients and their team members
• •ability to adhere to onsite protocols dictated by contract, client, building, and safety requirements
• •ability to lift 75 pounds and 150 pounds
• •ability to work in varying weather conditions
