Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent in Washington DC with 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business. Full-time position with leadership responsibilities on-site.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
- 8-10 years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of building processes and best practices
- Project lead experience preferred
- Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
