Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee large-scale, complex, and high‐visibility commercial construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation while mentoring project teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. Drive change management, assess project risks, maintain documentation, and foster long-term relationships with clients and vendors. Effective communication and advanced project management skills are essential for successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, including leadership of complex or multi‐phase projects
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross‐functional teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive‐level communication skills
- Highly developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk at a senior level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong mastery of formal project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean, etc.)
- Experience overseeing multiple project managers or leading project teams across multiple sites
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Suite, Primavera P6, Oracle, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, or similar)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
